Contact and quotation requests
When you use the contact form or send an email, the data processed may include your name, email address, requested service, message, optional files and project information. This is used to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and, where applicable, take steps before entering into or performing a contract. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where necessary, legitimate interests in efficient business communication and establishing or defending legal claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent is used only where it is actually required.

File uploads
Files are used only to assess and handle your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the project. Files relating to an unsuccessful inquiry are normally deleted within 30 days after the inquiry is declined or does not proceed. Working files for completed projects are normally retained for 12 months unless another period is agreed or legally required.

Project and customer data
If you commission a service, project correspondence, scope, quotations, contracts, delivery information and billing details are processed. Customer correspondence and contract records are normally kept for the contract period and up to five years afterwards. Invoices and tax-relevant accounting records are normally retained for ten years in accordance with applicable Slovenian requirements.

Contact form and WPForms
The form is provided using WPForms. A custom technical upload handler processes optional attachments. Form entries are normally retained for no longer than 12 months and reviewed regularly; uploaded files are deleted according to the shorter criteria above. Submitting the form is an inquiry and does not create a binding order.

Hosting, server logs and security
When you visit the site, the hosting provider may process technical log data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and error data. This is necessary for secure and reliable website operation and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are retained on a rolling basis for approximately 30 to 90 days where technically supported; backups are normally retained for 30 to 90 days.

Cookies and consent management
WPConsent stores your cookie choices and provides the consent-settings interface. The current consent duration is 30 days. Essential storage is used for website operation and to remember your choice. Consent records may be retained for the lifetime of the consent and up to three years afterwards where necessary to demonstrate compliance. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”.

Google Analytics and Google Consent Mode
This website may use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-PEV63MT7LF. Analytics is activated only in accordance with your consent to the Statistics category. Google Consent Mode communicates consent signals to Google services. Usage data, device and browser information, technically processed IP information and online identifiers may be processed. The legal basis for optional analytics is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. International transfers may occur and must rely on the safeguards provided for the relevant Google service.

Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, email, website operation, form processing, backups and, after consent, analytics. They receive only the data necessary for their tasks. Personal data is not sold.

Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Contact info@lumaverba.de to exercise these rights.

Right to complain
You may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, www.ip-rs.si.

Automated decision-making
No solely automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects is used.
